How to gift a massage?

• In person: You can come to our massage centre and pick up the Gift Voucher you want to gift. If you call earlier by phone, we can prepare it in a parchment with no additional cost. Remember our address: Zabaleta street, Number 59, Floor 1, Left door (“KAMALI”, in the intercom), Donostia – San Sebastian.

Terms

The vouchers have an expiration date of three months. The owner of the voucher is responsible for requesting an appointment. The vouchers can be changed for any of the services we offer of the same price, in case that the choice is not the correct.

To change an appointment, please, contact us 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation or change out of this period will cancel the Gift Voucher.

The booking could be cancelled in case of no attendance to the appointment, or arriving more than 15 minutes late without informing previously.
